This government scheme launched in February 2009 offers thousands of free theatre tickets to anyone under 26. Free tickets are available for all sorts of theatre events including musical, dance, tragedy, comedy, circus and much more.

As a part of this scheme, over 200 venues across England are offering free admission, including some of the most prominent theatres and art centres, including National Theatre, Barbican Centre, Soho Theatre, Royal Court, Battersea Arts Centre in London, and many more.

Scheme will be running until 2011 and you can find available tickets online, with  a simple search based on your location. Certainly something we don't see every day.
