"Light in Watercolor" an exhibition of paintings by Dusan Djukaric, Belgrade
Historically, watercolors have received honours from all corners of the globe. The Chinese considered it as the most valuable and most difficult technique and treated both it and those who had mastered it with a deep respect. The paper used by the Chinese for watercolors is called CHEN XIN DENG, which translates to ‘entrance for clearing the mind’. And, indeed, it is really a kind of cleaning of the mind and the soul.
